Terms of Use

Effective September 22, 2026

RenoTrack is provided by Roscommon Group LLC as a personal renovation planning and recordkeeping tool. By using it, you agree to these terms.

You are responsible for budgets, measurements, contractor selection, permits, payment arrangements and construction decisions. Template amounts are illustrative starting points, not cost estimates or quotes. Room layouts and 3D previews are conceptual and are not architectural plans, measured surveys or assurances of fit, safety, accessibility or building-code compliance. Verify measurements and requirements with qualified professionals.

RenoTrack records decisions and payments; it does not transfer money, hire contractors, approve construction work or create binding contractor agreements. An in-app partner approval is a shared project record. Confirm important instructions and commitments directly with the people involved.

Verify automated results. Receipt recognition and on-device language models can omit, change or invent details. Check amounts, dates, vendors, categories, proposals and summaries before saving or sharing. Drafts are never automatically sent to another person.

Planning is free. Build is an auto-renewing subscription with monthly and annual options. Prices, billing period and eligible introductory offers are shown by Apple at purchase. The launch US prices are $9.99 per month or $59.99 per year, with a seven-day introductory trial for eligible subscribers. Payment is charged to your Apple Account. Cancel at least 24 hours before a trial or billing period ends to avoid renewal. Manage or cancel in Apple subscription settings. Trial eligibility is determined by Apple. Invited partners do not need a separate subscription. When paid access ends, Build records remain readable and planning remains free.

Private iCloud synchronization requires an Apple Account. Invited participants can access shared project records according to the permissions you grant. Roscommon Group does not operate a separate project database and cannot independently browse your private CloudKit records. Sync is not an independent backup; edits and deletions synchronize too. Keep independent copies of important contracts and records.

CloudKit and notification delivery depend on Apple services, connectivity, device settings and background execution. Notifications may be delayed. Offline responses remain pending until confirmed online. Do not rely on notifications for emergency, safety-critical, contractual or payment deadlines. On-device language features require compatible hardware and operating-system availability.

Use only documents, photographs and other content you have the right to store and share. You retain your rights to your content and are responsible for the people you invite and the permissions you select.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the app is provided as is and as available, without warranties of accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted availability. Roscommon Group LLC is not responsible for loss arising from reliance on planning, imported or generated content to the extent permitted by law. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Dispute notice and individual arbitration. Before starting a formal proceeding, you and Roscommon Group must send written notice describing the claim and requested relief and allow 30 days for informal resolution. Except for claims eligible for small-claims court, requests for public injunctive relief where applicable, and disputes that applicable law does not permit to be arbitrated, any dispute arising from RenoTrack or these terms will be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. The Federal Arbitration Act governs this arbitration agreement. Arbitration will occur remotely when available or, for an in-person hearing, in Bellevue, Washington, unless applicable consumer law or the arbitration rules require another location. Claims may be brought only individually, not as a class, collective, consolidated, or representative action. The arbitrator may award any individual remedy available in court. Roscommon Group will pay fees it is required to pay under the applicable consumer rules and will not seek its legal fees unless the arbitrator finds a claim frivolous or brought for an improper purpose.

You may opt out of the arbitration agreement within 30 days after first accepting these terms by contacting RenoTrack support and clearly stating that you opt out of arbitration. Include the email address you use for the request and the date you accepted the terms; opting out will not affect your access to the app. For claims not subject to arbitration, you and Roscommon Group consent to the state and federal courts located in King County, Washington, and waive a jury trial to the extent permitted by law. Small-claims rights, mandatory consumer protections, and any jurisdiction or remedy that cannot lawfully be waived remain unaffected.

Apple is not a party to these terms and does not provide app support. Apple’s standard licensed application end user license agreement applies where applicable. Contact: matt@roscommon-group.com.
